When I first started looking for a house to purchase in the Valley I was not familiar with the neighborhood at all. Rita does a great job of literally mapping the entire areas by driving to each location and introducing the neighborhood (schools, parks, markets, etc.). She helped me to narrow it down to a specific geographic location, in my case Valley Village, within the Valley. She was not only showing me the house but also making me picture myself in that neighborhood.
